terms & conditions

  PAYMENTS

  We ask for a £15.00 deposit in advance to hold your room and we ask that you pay

  your balance on arrival.

  CANCELLATION POLICY

  It is your right to cancel a booking with us at anytime however if we have reserved

  your room and turned others potential guests away because of your booking it is only fair we retain your £15.00 deposit.

  CHECKING IN & CHECKING OUT

  You can check in at 11.00am your room may not be ready till 1pm but we will be

  happy to store your luggage for you. When checking in we prefer if you would settle

  any outstanding balances due for your stay.

  On the day of departure please vacate your room by 10 am this gives us time to get

  ready for new guests arriving.

  VALUABLES

  The guests valuables are left at own risk, the proprietors except no responsibility

  for any loss of property.

  RESIDENTS BAR

  The premises are only licenced for residents use .

  MIXED GROUPS

  We do not accept stag or hen partys or same sex groups we only cater for familys

  couples and single people.
